Profile Ken is a health care professional (Nursing) with 45 years experience working within the NHS and oil industry sector. For the last 17 he has worked as the Manual Handling Manager / Advisor at Aintree University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. He is a Certified Safe Patient Handling Professional and serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Safe Patient Handling Professionals in the USA. This is a not for profit organisation with a mission to improve the safety of caregivers and their patients by advancing the science and practice of safe patient handling.
